Rebecca Breeds is an Australian actress who has appeared in a number of TV series and films including Pretty Little Liars and an Indian film titled Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. Breeds is currently making buzz as she will be seen playing the title role in the upcoming TV series Clarice (a spinoff of Silence Of The Lamb).
